The Great C Review

8.4 Total Score
Very Good

The Great C is a sweeping 30+ minute experience, developed from the ground up to push the boundaries of storytelling in VR. It follows Clare, a young woman who finds her life upended when her fiancé is summoned for this year’s pilgrimage. Leaving the safe confines of her village, Clare must decide whether to accept the rules of her harsh society or fight against the oppressive powers that created it. The Great C is one of the best animated VR short I've ever seen. Sets a new standard for excellence. Not only are the graphics, settings, and voice acting superb, but the story itself is very compelling. Great art design and visual world-building. The story is simple but told very well. Recommended for anyone interested in animation or science fiction.
